What
is Dream?
Dreams have been one matter of
concern to many because of the difficulties involve in getting understanding.
"For
God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men,
in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth
their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride
from man. He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by
the sword. (Job 33:14-18)"
A dream is a series of thoughts,
images and sensations occurring in person's mind during sleep. It is a state of
mind in which someone is or seems to be unaware of their immediate
surroundings. It is a series of mental images and emotions occurring during
sleep. It is an imaginative thoughts indulged in while awake. It is a state of
mind characterized by abstraction and release from reality.
A dream is a kind of vision that
requires you to either sleep or be lost in thought. Most important thing to
note about dream is that it requires a resting body to function, not a busy
body while the mind is in consistent involuntary functions. From my personal
studies, those that think more about things, events, matters, and environment
often dream about them. So, this brought about a controversial topic in our
contemporary society where dream are seen as fables and fallacy void of reality
and having no means of fulfilment.
Scripturally, dreams have been a
major means through which human has interactions with the spirit world
(divinity). This is because humans have limitations in their body while the
spirit has limitations of not having a body, hence the need for spirit to
possess bodies to find expression (Mark 5: 1-20).
"And
the LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall
at Ramothgilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying
after that manner. Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and
said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I
will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the
LORD said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do
even so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD
hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD
hath spoken evil against thee" ( 2 Chronicles 18:19-22)
Even the Holy Spirit needs a body to
find expression hence the reasons for our infilling with the Holy Spirit
"But
ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye
shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in
Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (Acts 1:8)
You can't witness or prove a reality
of the spirit you have no relationship with hence the reason why the Holy
Spirit baptism is very vital in the Christian journey. Even though man is
a spirit, we are still limited by the body. We are control by our surrounding.
The surrounding has meaning to everything which might not be the same with what
God is saying. This is the reason why marital decision becomes a very difficult
one for many people. Many times God gives events and these events are
guidelines to help us to decide but instead of seeing with the eyes of the
spirit, we see with our physical eyes and guided by our ideologies.
A little prove for everyone reading.
If you say "my mouth", who is the one speaking? We will realize, it
is not our mouths but a voice from within. It is the voice of our spirit, the
real you. But the real you can't find expression in this earth realm, the
physical realm without a body. Hence the body became a limitation to the spirit
that has no body to find expression in this realm and also as a limitation to
us living in a body to have easy access to the spirit realm. The only way out
is to get out of the body.
God and other spirit loves to
interact with humans, even humans Ghost will still love to visit their love
ones and chat with them but the obstacle is that the living are limited by the
body and the dead or other spirit are limited by lack of the body.
Please note that death is not the
end of life but a transition between lives. People in hell are still alive but
in hell. The people in heaven are still alive but in heaven. And the people on
earth are still alive but on earth. We only stay in different parts of the
eternity.
It is just a transition. For
communication between humans and spirits to occur, we require the SUSPENSION OF
THE BODY from the physical realm to interaction with spirit realm hence the
reason for the lost of thought, imaginations and sleep. The three (lost of
thought, imagination and sleep), are major antidote to working/operating in the
body. Imagine things of the spirit think about them and sleep in them help you
to guides yourself from evils revelations.
Few
things to note about dreams
1. Dreams only happens when the body
is dead or suspended. This is an act of transition from the physical realm to
the spirit realm to aid easy interaction with the Holy Spirit.
2. It works with the state of your
mind.
3. It images, events, story is
within the vocabulary of your mind to aid understanding. If God wanted to speak
to several people working in different places about authority he will use
different things. E.g A police man can see his uniform as a signet of
authority, herdsmen can see a rod or stick, a king will see staff, a pastor
will see Bible, a lawyer will see wing, a doctor will see a stethoscope.
4. Every dream has a central message
it's trying to convey.
5. The best interpretation to your
dream comes from you through the help of the Holy Spirit. This is because you
know yourself best than anyone else
6. Finally, dreams are secondary
means of passing message or I should say a means of re-conveying messages you
didn't understand which are spoken or revealed through other means.
Dreams
and Trance
Several people have asked questions
about this for many people believed they are the same. Some knows they are
different but can’t define the differences. Though both is a spiritual
experience, dreams requires the actual sleep while trance involves a little
while closing of eyes, or dozing, or slumbering of a second. A little eye close
can launch you into a trance of a second but it will give you a whole day story
to tell. This is because though it was short events but it is well detailed.
Trances mostly are not difficult to understand. Those that fast mostly usually
launch into trance easily. A trance is a half-conscious state characterized by
absence of response to external stimuli, typically as induced by hypnosis or
entered by a medium.
It is a state of mind in which
someone seems to be asleep and to have no conscious control over thoughts
and/actions, but in which they can see and hear things and respond to commands
given by other people. It is a flash of events in speedy motions that leaves
one with multitudes of story to tell (Acts 10:9-16). The message of trance most
times usually looks straight forward with meaning but some requires thinking to
get interpretation too.
So, the differences between dreams
and trance is that the former require sleep while the later doesn't necessarily
require it and if it involves sleep is just a minute dozing off.
Must
all dreams have interpretation?
The first question you should first
ask yourself is that, is it possible for someone to approach you and speaks a
language without the intention of making you to understand and response either
in words or action? How then will divinities will be willing to get you confuse
then?
Imagine someone visit you and was
trying to get an address but he was speaking in Zuru to you because he believes
everyone that stays in the north or lives in Kebbi should understand but
instead you are not getting his sayings because you don't understand and as
such you can't act. That's a breach of communication.
They are times babies cries and the father
doesn’t understand but the mother do and the baby tend to wonder why the man does
not understand. The baby is crying and the man is laughing, what a breach of communication.
The baby will choose to get close to those that understand their signals and
words. So also, God will get closer to those who understand His Language.
God is not trying to entertain you nor
does any spirit feels like making you watch movies by showing you events in
your dreams. The facts that God replay the events of the Old Testament for me
in my dream don’t mean God wanted me to watch the movie, he has a message he
wanted to pass to me. Though I might get entertain anyway, but the message is
the critical matter.
The divergence between the physical
realm and the spirit realms causes the reason we don't understand dreams
probably because of misconceptions the society has built in us. E.g. when you
eat in the dream, the society terms it demonic yet Jeremiah ate something,
Isaiah, Ezekiel, the twelve Apostles also ate.
Every dream irrespective of the
source has a message, a meaning and requires responses. The mistake of many
people is that they ignore dream which is why things happen to them without
them knowing.
Source
of dreams
A dream is to you what the gift of
prophecy is to you (1 Sam 28:15). It is a medium for receiving prophetic
messages. It offers insight and foresight into the favoured decisions or
actions that should be made. Most times dreams involve divine symbols or some
spirits revealing matters that changes the course of history. There are three
sources of dreams, which are:
1. God
2. Man (His thought, emotions,
desires, lust)
3. Devils/Demons
God
speaks to men through dreams
“
And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD
will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.” (Numbers 12:6)

it shall come to pass afterward, that I
will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, your old men shall dream
dreams, your young men shall see visions (Joel 2:28)”
God uses dreams to pass destiny
related message to men after using every other means and it proves abortive. It
is the least but powerful means by which God speaks to men. Jokingly but
truthfully, it is for old people. Though young people who have not been able to
unlock others means to hear from God, will have dreams as their last resort.
Jesus as a baby was save from
Herod's killings through dreams
“And
being warned of God in a dream that they
should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another
way. And when they were departed, behold, the
angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take
the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I
bring thee word: for Herod will seek the
young child to destroy him.” (Matthew 2:12-13).
It decides destiny and purpose (Gen
37:5-11, 40:1-end).
The
mind of a man is a source of dream
The mind of a man is a faculty of
reasoning with department such as intellects, thoughts, imagination, emotions
and feelings, desires and so on. Each of this department has one or two things
they love to discuss and present it to the minds which are transmitted through
dreams.
So, when a man harbours certain matters
in his heart, there's a 70% possibility of him dreaming about the matters. This
is an object of emotions. This is why when you are in love with someone; you
tend to dream more about them. Many
people who slept without eating most times find themselves eating in the dream.
Though it has meaning but wasn't from God or the devil, the pictures and voices
are from within you.
“And
the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight
against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a
night vision.It shall even be as when an
hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is
empty: or as when a thirsty man
dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint,
and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be,
that fight against mount Zion.” (Isaiah 29:7-8).
Demons
also gives Dreams
Demonic spirits can also gives
dreams and present it as though it is from God but because he can't withstand
the appearance of light or children of light, he will always be exposed. The
easiest way to expose satanic vision or dream is the check if they relate to
his character and also, he will always back it up with fears.
“For
the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort
in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.”( Zechariah
10:2)
I will explain using this
illustration. Some years back, when we were still on campus our 300 level
precisely, a brother came to share a testimony of an encounter he had in a
dream. I thought he understood it that was the reason for his happiness; I
never knew he was deceived.
Prior to the time he had the dream,
he was praying for an intimacy with God, an intercourse with the Holy Spirit so
that he will be impacted with divine ability to do the will of God and do
wonders.
Though God answered the prayer but
didn't reveal it to him in a dream but because his primary means of hearing
from God is through dreams and that was where his expectations lies, the devil
then gave him a dream.
In his dream he saw a F.C.S lady from Biz Admin, Godly and
Beautiful who appears to him trying to seduce him. He refuses to fall but at last
he slept with the lady. When he woke up, it thought that was an answer to his
prayer because the dream is just too straight forward.
As I heard his testimony, the part
that keeps ringing a red signal bell is the word "seduce". If you
don't know that lustful desires/passion, enticement and temptation are
characters of the devil. In fact Bible called it the scheming or strategy of
devil. The words seduce means to entice. God doesn't entice men.
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not
ignorant of his devices” (2 Corinthians 2:11)
Secondly a sexual act in a dream
doesn’t mean spiritual intimacy. Nowhere in the Bible did Jesus or his disciples
have sex with Holy Spirit. Sex is only a signet of intimacy between humans and
not spirits.
So, what I earlier stated is that
your knowledge of the characters of the devil can tell if a vision of dreams
comes from him. God will not give you a dream that will leave you panicking. When
you dream and woke up with fears, the devil is at work. Like a roaring lion
always trying to scare you away.
I remember i asked a prophet for
God's counsels over a matter and her reply was like; it is not bad at all, if
you can be patient you will get another. She is not the perfect will but she is
OK.
Looking through scriptures, nothing
like perfect will of God and permissible will of God. The will of God is
Perfect (Rom 12:2). Anything that is not perfect in God is not the will of God.
I believe you get the point, satanic vision and dreams will always have his
charisma.
Every dream from God goes in line
with his word and character. Remember, every good and perfect gift comes from
the father (James 1:17).
Dreams from God reflect the
principle and character of God. The one from man comes from their emotions,
intellects, feelings and thoughts. The pressing needs or desire of a particular
moment can translate into dream. Dreams that comes from the devil reflect the
characters of the devil and they are against the spirit of the scriptures or
the word of God
Principle of dream interpretation
This will help you understand dreams
and how it operates. The principle includes
1. Dreams are not physical events but spiritual occurrence.
They are interface between the spirit realm and the physical realm just as the Garden of Eden is an interface between heaven and the earth. It is a garden where intimacy with divinities is made possible. They are real events in the spirit realm that will happen in future date or have even happen in the past.

Not all dreams are prophecy; some are words of knowledge or even word of wisdom. It is prophecy when it reveals the future, word of knowledge talks about the past and present, while word of wisdom provides solution to a problem. You should be able to define which your dream is trying to do.

5. No revelation of God will leave you in panic no matter the situation
of events in the dream. Only devil will love to scare you and set fear in
you because he knows fear is a fast killer. God is love and love cast out all
fears, for we are not given the spirit of timidity to fear but of power, love
and sound mind (1 John 4:8 & 18).

6. You need a renewed mind to understand God and his words.
The more you renew your mind, the more you understand God's vision. Since dreams are matter of the state of mind, hence there's need to conform our mind with the mind of God
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9)
You can renew your mind by beholding
Christ until you transform into him
“But
we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are
changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the
Lord.” (2 Corinthians 3:18)
We behold him in a glass of his word through the spirit inside of us

1:22-25)
So let the word of God dwells in you
richly in all wisdom until you can teach yourself and others the ways they
ought to conduct their lives and thought (Rom 12:1-2).

one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your
hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of
the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” (Colossians

You have to reposition your mind and
control your thoughts; it helps you to understand spiritual signals quickly and
the voice of the inner man when he speaks about interpretation (Colossians 3:2)
“Finally,
brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever
things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be
any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned,

you.” (Philippians 4:8-9)
Every interpretation should come from the knowledge of Jesus either from scriptures or from his acts. The word use is the TESTIMONY OF JESUS which is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10). You must know how the dream relates to the testimony of Jesus. The level of your knowledge of Christ will determine your depth in the interpretations.

How to interpret dreams
I will be giving 5 steps as a guide
to understanding dreams and use it to interpret some dreams as illustration.
1. What is the source of the dream?
This will help you to know whether to reject it or accept it in prayers.
2. The spoken/written words in the dream are in what language.
If it is in Yoruba, you don't need Oxford just get a Yoruba man to give the meaning of the central word. And if it is in English, get meaning from dictionary about words you found to be complex to understand. It will not give you meaning to the dream, it is just a guide to finding the meaning.
3. Connect the meaning you get to what the Bible has to say about the subject matter. This will give you a better look or guide to getting the meaning.
4. Connect what you got from the Bible to the scenario in the dream, and then you will get a message.
This will help you to know whether to reject it or accept it in prayers.

This is how it works;
In 2013 I had a dream and the story line was
like this. I saw a 9 11 truck moving slowly and it move to the side
of the road as though it wanted to stop
to pick someone because the person stopped it but as soon as it get close,
it moves on and while the journey was on i looked under the car and I saw the battery almost falling down and nothing
to support it up but the vehicle still keep going. Then I woke up.
It sound complex I think, don't
think it is ever easy. Though then it looks difficult to understand but now it
is easy to fathom the meaning.
I woke up not angry or in fear but
feel indifference. I was having a peace of mind even though I don't know the
meaning. At least the vehicle didn't have accident, neither does it got spoilt
and stop functioning but it keeps moving. That means the source of it is from God.
The major subject is a movement, a journey that will end in a destination. The event is purely imagery and not words, so no need to find the meaning of words. Connect the meaning to the Bible, where is there journey that was not completed.

Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his
daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of
the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt
there.” (Genesis 11:31)
Terah was to move from Ur of the
Chaldence to Canaan, but he got to Haran and waited. Abraham wasn't the
original person sent to Canaan but his father inability to complete the journey
made Abraham fulfilled that purpose. Terah would have been known as the father
of all nations or Faith but his inability to complete the journey kept him out
of records. He didn't fulfil destiny. The central message is destiny.
“Come
now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth
my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. And he said, Certainly I will be
with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When
thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this
mountain.” (Exodus 3:10,12).

I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan,
the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.” (Exodus 6:4).
Moses started a journey to Canaan
but couldn't get there. His inability to continue the journey brought about
Joshua. He couldn't get there due to the complaint of Israelites which made
Moses disobeyed God out of anger by smiting the rock twice instead of speaking
to it. This is discouragement. It weighs people down (Numbers 20:6-13).
The young prophet in the book of
kings was on his way back after the miraculous delivery of his prophecy when
the old prophet came with a false prophecy and makes him change his mind from
obeying God to acting otherwise. From here it is a clear act of distraction (1
Kings 13).
So connecting these scriptures to
the scenario, the man waving to stop the truck but the truck refuse stopping is
called distraction and the fallen battery is called discouragement. So, in
destiny two things will prevent me or anyone from fulfilling destiny which are discouragement
and distraction, so keep moving and never mind this two agent of destiny
killers.
So, my prayers becomes Lord, grant
me the momentum to keep moving ignoring every distraction and discouragement
that comes my way.
I think in 2013 around September, I had a vision where I saw
myself in a vehicle with my Dad and Mum. As we got to a corner besides a
Church, I saw some fruits on the
ground and some persons were picking it to eat. Then my dad asked me to join
them and pick the fruits. I left immediately. While others picked the one
sufficient for them, I picked in excess almost everything and the fruit is called
ESO ITURA. When I presented it to my
Dad, he asked me to go and distribute it to those in need of it. Then that
scene went off.
Another scene, I saw myself on a big stage, a platform like Reinhard Bonkke's crusade and there were series of healing with wheelchair, and life supporting engine and several things. I was with a microphone, speaking to innumerable audience.

To analyze, remember our guide. The
source is surely from God with the crusades platform, the Church building, and
healing stuff. It is liken to Peter ministry of preaching and healing, Paul's
Sermon of the unknown God, Jesus several sermons and healing and the crowd that
follows him. The source must be of God.
This is a Yoruba word, I had to
asked my mum for the meaning, Google it and use my prior knowledge of Yoruba to
deduce that it is a word meaning seed of healing. The major subject here is the
fruits I was picking; some were yellow and other green. But they have the same
name, ESO ITURA.
ESO means fruit or seed, while ITURA means healing, health, comfort, consolation. So on broader look, it means fruit of comfort, healing, consolation. While searching Google an article was repeating itself and it was an article about the first prayer group in Nigeria that resulted into the first indigenous Church in Nigeria. The group is called Egbe Aladura ITURA meaning the group that prays for divine healing.

With what I got connected to what
the Bible says about Jesus, Peter, Paul, and what I have heard about the
founder of C.A.C Joseph Ayo Babalola, the pictures is getting clearer. So, you
can see how easy interpreting dreams is. Don't let some persons make you feel
like you have to be seeing visions or be a prophet to be able to interpret
dreams.
Then connecting it to the scenario,
the fruits is the gifts of healings, the platform is an Apostolic platform to
help distribute the fruits, and the vehicle is my destiny, my father is the God
who called me and my Mum represent the Holy Spirit. And the congregation were
those who had, are presently and will benefit from every kind of healing my
ministry will bring to them.
Operating in the Gift of Interpreting Dreams
There are individuals given the
ability to interprets dreams. They need not to follow any stated rules, it is a
natural ability. It is a section of the manifestation of the prophetic grace.
People with this ability don’t need to fast or pray to interpret dreams. A
major figure here is Joseph.
“And
Pharaoh said to Joseph, ‘i have had a dream, and there is no one who can
interpret it; and i have heard it said of you that when you hear dream you can
interpret it’. Joseph answered Pharaoh, ‘it is not in me; God will give Pharaoh

A study of the entire scripture will
give us the understanding that he never prayed for interpretation before giving
meanings to the dreams. Daniel severally pray with his prays to get
interpretation. The gift of interpretation of dream help the possessor to give
meaning to dreams without stress.

Why people don’t dream
Several
people in the past had the issue of not dreaming but they over time outgrown
it. Myself hardly dreams but I outgrown it. There are several reasons why
people don't dream. I will list few.
1. The individual have outgrown reception through dreams, he has gotten others means of hearing from God.
2. The fellow is distance from God, either through sin or misconceptions.

The Person is in a season in his life called wilderness training in which he
needed to seek God through the scriptures and nothing else.
Not
having dream at all shouldn't be a challenge. The area where challenge should
come should be in area of dreaming and forgetting
why people forget dreams
1.
They have busy day and they couldn't have time resting. So, the dream they had in the midst of the little sleep
they had escaped because they woke up to realize the work they are doing has
not yet finish.
2.
When you have so much
on your mind, a lot to think about.
Your feeding, relationship, family, education, job and the rest and being so
full of burden, you are likely to have mixed dreams series of confusing dreams
that wouldn't have a particular meaning. Or you forget the dreams you had.
3.
If you don't care about the previous dreams you have and do nothing about it, then you are likely not going to
be remembering them again until they eventually happen. This is dangerous
because you would have permitted a dream you ought to have averted or rejected.
The
only way to end it, every time you wake up, rather than pray in understanding,
pray in tongues, connecting your spirit to the Spirit of God, then the spirit
will inspire you and reveal the deep things of God that he was trying to pass
on to you. You will get it either with scenario in the Bible connected to it,
or with other things around.
I could recall my 200level when I saw the 24 elders. I saw
those men in different colours of attire, gown like that of C&S but where
grouped in 6. The first group in white, another in Purple, another in something
like green and another in deep reddish; with a cloth-belt of different colours.
When
I woke up I knew I had a dream but couldn't recall it. But I prayed in tongues
asking God in my heart to remind me. After then, I was about going to the
bathroom and the scripture strikes my heart Rev. 4. When I checked, behold it
was the dream I had. Then instantly I could recall every details of the dream.
I
also had a dream where I saw an animal almost like a bird, I knew I saw
something in the dream but couldn't recall what I saw when I woke up. But while
praying in tongues, I heard the voice of my spirit saying "and the face of one was like an eagle". I then recalled
it was in revelation 4:7, instantly I saw the pictures clearer. This is the
reason why we advice people to pray more in tongues in the spirit.
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we
know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession
for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts
knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the
saints according to the will of God.” (Romans 8:26-27)
So, he who searches the heart knows
the dream and will reveal the will of God.
“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the
Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth
the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things
of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the
spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the
things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in
the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth;
comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” (1 Corinthians 2:10-13)
So, the Spirit of God will always repeat it through other means for you to get it. Always ask because it is only those that ask God to repeat what he earlier said that you don't understand that will get to hear it.

Is it possible not to dream and still be hearing from God?
Yes
o, I have met several people who don't dream but hear God frequently. There are
other ways God speaks to men other than dreams. Many other people operate with
what we call imagination.
Many
Apostles and a lot of brethren I have met operate more in what I called
knowing. When you just know things and you can't explain how or when. Sometimes
you may even think or conclude that it was someone who gave you the
information, only to find out that the person you thought got you informed
don't even have an idea of what you are saying or you know. I have experience
that severally.
“God hath spoken once; twice have I
heard this; that power belongeth unto God.” (Psalms 62:11)
For
once he has spoken but twice I have heard. So though God speaks once and just a
word, but it can be revealed to you in diverse way.
The mystery of wet dreams.
Before
the question was raised, I have been hearing it but don't really know the
meaning until yesterday. And why studying about it, I almost concluded it
happens to only guys until I came across a place where I discovered that ladies
also experienced it.
Though,
I haven't seen it in the Bible and as such don’t have a Bible verse to use to
explain it but as a man with the Spirit of God (just as Paul will say) and
knowing that the Anointing upon us has the ability to teach us, I will speak.
“But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not
that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things,
and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in
him.” (1 John 2:20, 27).
Science
try to explain it that it was the semen that was in the body that it has
expiring date and as such it usually find it ways out of the body. That it is
common among virgin. Though I am not a scientist and doesn't have a prove,
however science believe it is natural being that the semen secreted must be use
and if it wasn't use, then it will find a way to flow out of the body. If it
doesn’t flow out that way, it becomes harmful to the body.
Wet
dreams is an act of having a romantic dreams or sexual related dreams which one wakes up to realize that he/she have
discharge from their sexual part. It is a situation where an individual after
having sexual dreams or romantic dreams and wake up, discover that they
discharge semen by ejaculating.
Though
there is nowhere in the Bible such situations was address. So, I might not be
quoting Bible. But as I said earlier that I know I have the Holy Spirit just as
you all have and the men who wrote the scripture. So, on this basis I will speak.

So,
this is my submission. Though the medical are accurate with most of their
findings and as such I will not disagree with their point on this issue. However,
they are instances of demonic operations than natural phenomena. There is
nothing bad or wrong about having a romantic feeling or for a man or woman
having sexual urge and that led to a release. But it is suspicious to have an
actual act in your dreams and naturally find out you have done this. Naturally
the individual will feel bad. Not to feel too spiritual, I'm not shame I had
experience it in the pass. But I didn't have the actual act and the feeling
wasn't towards a particular lady or anyone sighted in the dream.
Therefore,
wet dreams are not bad when it is as a result of romantic feelings during sleep
that resulted to the acts of ejaculation. But you will need to pray prayer of
deliverance for yourself against demonic spirit during sleep especially when sexual
acts are involved. Without the sexual acts in the dreams, any ejaculation as a
result of feelings is natural.
There are two types of defilement,
we have
1. Bodily defilement (flesh)
2. Spiritual defilement

cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of
the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” (2
Corinthians 7:1)
So, brethren, don't feel bad when
you experience this but pray against spiritual defilement when it involves
actual sex.
Encounter and Dreams
I
have explained what dream means. An encounter in a dream is very rear. The difference
is that in an encounter, you will have a feeling as if your spirit literally
left you to the scene of events. You’re been caught up in the spirit. Every
Apostle must have an encounter to warrant the occupation of the office. Most
encounters involve spirit beings rather than a physical phenomenon.
“It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come
to visions and revelations of the Lord. I knew a man in Christ above fourteen
years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I
cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I
knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God
knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words,
which it is not lawful for a man to utter.” (2 Corinthians 12:1-4)
This
scripture was about Paul, he wasn't there when Jesus was teaching the twelve
but his encounter 14 yrs ago in that scripture, Bible history said he suddenly
knows every bit of what Jesus came for and the new testament life in Christ.
Solomon
had an encounter where he asks for wisdom, Bible history had it that he
literally woke up to understand the language of plants and animals and wisdom
to coordinate things.
Encounter
will never leave you the same. A lot of persons had encounter with certain
spirits and they woke up with problems. Some dreamt that they were running and
someone was pursuing them and they woke up tired and sweating. After the vision
you found out you have develop sickness. This is why you have to rebuke every
negative encounter whether you understand or not, once you discover that the
feeling after you woke is bad, rebuke, avert, reject it at once.
It
is usually eventful, I could recall my encounter with the 24 elders, with Jesus
in 2015, with Apostle Paul same in 2014, with the Holy Spirit in 2013, Peter in
2012, Joseph Ayo Babalola in 2012 and many others. Encounters don’t leave you
as the same person. It changes or impacts you with something even if it is demonic.
This is why demonic encounter should not be taken as a joke.
I remember a lady we did deliverance for that usually sees
herself in the river. She was attached to it from her childhood and the spirit
of the river started visiting her and since then she couldn't perform well
academically until she accepted to resume her function in the spirit world. She
wasn’t left the same after her encounter with the water spirits.
So,
encounters don’t leave you the same. My encounter when Pst Matthew was about
leaving campus gave me the privilege to operate in the same office when he was
away even though I wasn't F.C.S Prayer Secretary, I was more know for that
operation than my office in F.C.S. I had encounter with the spirit of his
office.
Every time your position in the
spirit is about to change, an encounter will come first.
In 2016, I had encounter with the WORD and ever since, like
never before I know virtually everything in the Bible. I could explain them as
though I was part of those that wrote the bible.
In less than two months, I had encounter with the office of
the Christ and as such the teaching change. A preacher without consistent
encounter will in no short time lost relevant.
I left the encounter as a new
person. Every encounter changes you.
I
have heard people say that they know the word and that is all. I disagree. What
they mean by knowing the word is the knowledge of the Bible, be able to quote
and explain it. But the Bible is useless outside of the spirit in it, and the
Bible is limited as it doesn't contain all of Jesus teaching and lifestyle or
what God instructed. Also, how sure are you that you are rightly dividing the
word of truth that you weren’t present when it was written?
“And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.” (John 21:25)

I
believe that a time shall come that we will return to the early church
situation that they have no Bible yet they are not void of the operation of the
Godhead like our days. We gather Bible professors than God seekers and God
communicators. It is only the generation that seek God that will stand in his
holy place.
“Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall
stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath
not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the
blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This
is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.” (Psalms
24:3-6)
Can Something Other than Sin make one to be void of An Encounter?
There can be if one is not in a
right location or someone else is occupying the person’s office. Until the
person go, the other may not get the encounter he/she needed.
“In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord
sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.” (Isaiah
6:1)
“And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah did. And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper. But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up to his destruction: for he transgressed against the LORD his God, and went into the temple of the LORD to burn incense upon the altar of incense. And Azariah the priest went in after him, and with him fourscore priests of the LORD, that were valiant men: And they withstood Uzziah the king, and said unto him, It appertaineth not unto thee, Uzziah, to burn incense unto the LORD, but to the priests the sons of Aaron, that are consecrated to burn incense: go out of the sanctuary; for thou hast trespassed; neither shall it be for thine honour from the LORD God. Then Uzziah was wroth, and had a censer in his hand to burn incense: and while he was wroth with the priests, the leprosy even rose up in his forehead before the priests in the house of the LORD, from beside the incense altar. And Azariah the chief priest, and all the priests, looked upon him, and, behold, he was leprous in his forehead, and they thrust him out from thence; yea, himself hasted also to go out, because the LORD had smitten him. You
can read more about Uzziah, he polluted the temple and as such the prophets
though they could see vision but couldn't see the Lord until Uzziah died of
leprosy. Wrong association, though God still speak to Abraham but there are
things that God couldn't say not because Abraham or lot is a sinner, but
Abraham was the one with the destiny. He needed to be alone to get the message
hence the reason for the fight between the herdsmen and Abraham understand the
signal that God wanted them to separate and as such he acted wisely.
