"Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God." (Hebrews 10:7, Psalms 40:7).
I was meditating scriptures since Monday and God has been instructing me on this matter of life and destiny. I felt like sharing the teaching.
Every product is uniquely made to carry out some functions even though amidst many there's a specific one that it needs to solve. The specific function is the purpose. A phone can be used to record voice, play music, snap pictures, watch movies, play games, track vehicles, type and save documents and many more. However, amidst several things a phone does, it purpose is to aid communications which making and receiving calls is primary. At the end of the day, the essence of the phone is judge base on what the manual says the phone can do, not what the purchaser uses it to do. A phone bought to be use as torchlight throughout it lifespan ends up not fulfilling purpose and as such has fulfilled the purpose of a torchlight. So, when the manual is checked after 6years of using the phone, it might likely not be able to carry out it specific function and hence it is no longer good for anything and thrown into the bush to be burn.
Likewise, we all came in a volume of book written concerning us. Jesus before he started ministry, picked up a book and read from Isaiah 61 which summarizes his purpose of salvation on earth. Every time we dream, receive word from the Lord, get a revelation or insight about issues of her life, we are reading from the pages of the book written concerning us. We will be judged by the books written. Do not take life unserious, rather make it a matter of major concern.
In Revelation 20:12, several books were open including the book of life. I have heard several messages about the book of life, that is not my emphasis tonight but it major function is to write the name of those who accepted Jesus as lord and personal saviour. Other books coming to my spirit include the book of purpose, ministry and marriage. Hope you are not fulfilling another man's purpose, hope you are not running another man's ministry and i hope you don't miss it in marriage. A Preacher once said, it is better to fail in other and successful in marriage than to be successful in all except marriage. All of these books we be use on the last day. Take a review of your life, your choice and decision, the visions you are running, the association you keep and individuals you run away from. Review the way you response to people's problems, your disposition to Godly things. After the review, examine if you are still in the will of God or you are running your life on your own. I love you so much, i don't want you to miss it in life and destiny. You are not a mistake, you come in volume of a book written about you, go read it. I trust God to be your guide as you take a new direction in pursuit of destiny.
